The current Prototype includes a gated site with two buildings totaling 121,632 sf on four acres of land, or 2.2 acres with a parking structure in urban centers, near travel and employment hubs zoned for commercial use.  The 138 units are divided between furnished hotel apartments and unfurnished apartments which solidly provide two revenue streams within one location.  Additionally, WaterWalk provides franchisees a turnkey investment program including sales support, operational and property management, CRM software, and national marketing revenue contribution.
