WaterWalk is a hybrid hotel and apartment model, combining most appealing features of an upscale extended-stay hotel with the lifestyle of apartment living.  With its all-inclusive pricing and options for one night to one year-plus stays, Water Walk provides investors with the opportunity to reap the rewards of both the hotel and apartment markets by qualifying for better loan-to-value financing and commanding premium cap rates in a tight apartment property market.

The current Prototype includes a gated site with two buildings totaling 121,632 sf on four acres of land, or 2.4 acres with a parking structure in urban centers, near travel and employment hubs zoned for commercial use.  The 156 units are divided between furnished hotel apartments and unfurnished apartments which solidly provide two revenue streams within one location.  Additionally, WaterWalk provides franchisees a turnkey investment program including sales support, operational and property management, CRM software, and national marketing revenue contribution.
