Prior to your arrival, stringent cleaning protocols and the disinfecting of the 6 high touch categories in each room is mandatory. During your stay, our promise is to ensure your wellness by executing a rigorous, interval disinfecting regime in all high tra c and public space areas. Be Well.
You will sleep with comfort and confidence knowing your bed linens have been washed using the innovative cleaning technology called Ozone (at most WaterWalk properties). This hygienic cleaning program, designed by leading experts in the hospitality industry, ensures your linens and terry are clean, free of viruses, bacteria and pathogens. Sleep well at night knowing we have you covered.
During your stay, WaterWalk is committed to making every e ort to help keep you safe. We take social distancing seriously whether you are in a public space, high tra c area or the elevator. Hand sanitizing stations will be made available at major tra c areas and friendly signs reminding everyone to STAY SAFE will be posted.
Check-in will be a breeze. Arrival packets will be pre-made by associates required to wear gloves and trained in disinfecting procedures. Your room key(s) along with a pen will be disinfected and remain untouched until your arrival. The check-in desk will be disinfected after every check-in and on strict intervals thereafter. In response to the changing marketplace conditions, WaterWalk is committed to ensuring our guests experience flexibility during these unsettling times. Rest assured, change fees and/or reservation cancellations will be handled with care.
