Chief Financial Officer / WaterWalk International
Bill Wallisch serves as Chief Financial Officer for WaterWalk International and has over 25 years of senior level financial leadership, including over 13 years of experience as a CFO.
Previously, Bill worked at an affiliate of WaterWalk International, Consolidated Holdings, as the Executive Vice President for Financial Strategy.
Before Consolidated Holdings, Bill served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cobalt Boats, a family owned boat manufacturer. As CFO, Bill was responsible for financial reporting, risk management, and treasury functions. He successfully led several M&A transactions while at Cobalt, including the sale of the company to Malibu Boats, another boat manufacturer whose shares are traded on NASDAQ.
Prior to Cobalt Boats, Bill held various senior positions at Raytheon Aircraft, a subsidiary of Raytheon Company, a publicly-held defense contractor for 18 years.
Bill started his career as an auditor with the international accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers).
Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in Accounting from Rockhurst University, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
