  • Reserve a hotel room or corporate housing on our website. When you make a reservation for a hotel room or corporate housing, our booking provider collects, from you, on our behalf, your personal identifiers (name, physical address, email address, and telephone number) and payment information (name on card, payment card number, and expiration date). We use this personal information to manage and fulfill your reservation, process your payment, and communicate with you about your upcoming stay. If you have not opted out of this when submitting your information, we use your name and email address to send you marketing communications we feel may be of interest to you. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.
  • Apply to lease an semi furnished unit. When you apply to lease an semi furnished suite, our booking provider collects, from you, on our behalf, your personal identifiers (name, physical address, email address, and telephone number), three (3) years of residential history and a rental reference, financial information (social security number, gross monthly income and copy of paystub), driver’s license number, and payment information (name on card, payment card number, and expiration date). We use this personal information to manage and review your application, process your payment, and communicate with you about the status of your application, or if approved, provide you additional property management information. If you have not opted out of this when submitting your information, we use your name and email address to send you marketing communications we feel may be of interest to you. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email..
  • Check-in. When you check-in at a WaterWalk property, we collect your personal identifiers (name, physical address, telephone number, and email address) and payment information (payment card number, expiration date, and CVV). If we received your reservation from a third party, we will ask for your email address at check-in. We use this personal information to verify and fulfill your reservation and to receive payment from your reservation. We use your email address to send you a survey regarding your stay. If you have not opted out of this when submitting your information, we use your name and email address to send you marketing communications we feel may be of interest to you. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.
  • Contact us. When you send us a question or inquiry, you will need to provide us with your personal identifiers (name and email address) and any other information you choose to include in your correspondence. We use this personal information to respond to your questions or inquiries, troubleshoot where necessary, and address any issues you have with the Services.
  • Guest Response Survey. We may send you by email a Guest Response Survey to request your feedback on your stay and our Services. If you complete and submit a response to the Guest Response Survey, we collect your name, if you choose to provide it. We use this personal information to improve our guests’ experience and our Services.
  • Participate in a contest or sweepstakes. When you complete a form to participate in a give-way or sweepstakes, we collect your personal identifiers (name, physical address, telephone number, and email address). We use this personal information communicate with you regarding the give-away contest or sweepstakes. If you have not opted out of this when submitting your information, we also use your name and email address to send you marketing communications we feel may be of interest to you. B. Information Collected From Third Party Sources

If you reserve a hotel room on a third party website. When you make a reservation for a hotel room, on a third party booking website, we will collect, from the reservation service provider, your personal identifiers (name, reservation information, telephone number, and pseudonymized email address). Depending on the third-party booking site, we may also collect your payment card information (payment card number, expiration date, and CVV). We use this personal information to manage and fulfill your reservation, process your payment, and communicate with you about your upcoming stay.

C. Information Collected Automatically

In addition to the personal information you provide directly to us, we may also collect information from you automatically as you use our Website. This includes the following internet or other electronic network activity information:

  • Usage information. We collect information about your visits to and interaction with our Website, such as the pages you visit, how you move around the different sections, how frequently you access them, how much time you spend on each page, what you click on while using our Website, and referring website addresses for analytics purposes to understand how people use our website so that we can make it more intuitive.   • LinkedIn Ads. We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag by LinkedIn to track ad conversions, retarget website visitors, and unlock additional insights about individuals interacting with our LinkedIn advertisements. WaterWalk may need to make the personal information identified in this Privacy Notice available within WaterWalk, with service providers, or with other third parties. These instances include:

  • Within WaterWalk. We may share your personal information within the WaterWalk corporate family, including with subsidiaries or affiliates, for legitimate business purposes, to efficiently carry out our business, and to the extent permitted by law.
